London Heritage Design is a traditional, old-fashioned building company with high morals and an unrivalled level of expertise. We can provide a complete turnkey service from concept to completion. LHD will also provide the drawings and ideas necessary in order to apply for and obtain planning permissions from the relevant borough planning officers. When it comes to supplying any building service for your property, we are confident that we can provide all the relevant trades in order to carry out any of the works in-house.

We are financially competitive and are happy to have complete control throughout the project, which is crucial when you are working to realistic budgets and completion dates. The fact that we do carry all of the trades in-house means that we can readily provide an ongoing maintenance and back-up service once your project has been completed.

We are also able to serve our existing clients and indeed new clients with a much smaller service including kitchen and bathroom installations, extending a property to increase living space, or providing extra facilities, together with many other smaller maintenance services. Carpenters, decorators, tilers, roofers, electricians and plumbers are the main tradesmen we employ, with the majority of our tradesmen having been with us for a number of years. All our work is guaranteed and certified by the Gas Safe Register (formerly CORGI), the NICEIC (for electrical work), and we are members of the European Builders Confederation.

We take service and safety seriously. London Heritage Design is fully insured for all risks, and we have our own health and safety policy.
